A: We are at 20 Carrington Street, a short walk from Nottingham Railway Station. While we do not have our own parking, there are several public car parks and on-street parking spaces nearby.

A: We are open 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday) and 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturdays. We are closed on Thursdays and Sundays. We do not take online bookings, so please call us or pop into the shop to book.

A: Yes, our in-house optometrist provides comprehensive sight tests, which we usually recommend having every two years. We also offer free NHS sight tests for those who qualify—just contact us to check your eligibility.

A: Yes, we provide home visits for people who are unable to get to our high street practice. Please call us to arrange a time that suits you.

Q: How long will my glasses take, and can I use an NHS voucher?
A: It usually takes about one week for your new glasses to be ready. We happily accept NHS optical vouchers, which you can use towards the cost of your glasses or contact lenses.

A: Yes! A good fit is essential for comfort and vision, so bring them in and we will adjust them. If they break, we can often repair them depending on the damage. We also sell cleaning sprays, microfibre cloths, and hard cases to help you care for them properly.
